Your Role

As a Customer Expert, you will:

• Communicate with customers via email, chat & phone

• Give clear guidance on the correct use of home appliances

• Support customers by solving product or service issues

• Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy

• Process exchanges, refunds, and orders

• Follow up on cases to ensure full customer satisfaction

Wed Love to Meet You If You Have:

• High fluency in German

• Good communication skills in English

• Customer support or troubleshooting experience (bonus, not required)

• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help
