Your Role

As a Marketing Optimization Specialist, you'll:

• Implement optimization strategies for high-value international customers

• Improve performance across Google Ads (Search, Mobile, YouTube)

• Analyze data, trends & KPIs to create actionable recommendations

• Build keyword packs, set bids, optimize budgets & maximize ROI

• Become an expert in Googles latest tools and best practices

• Help brands grow while sharpening your analytical and strategic skills

This role will transform you into a data-driven marketing expert with highly employable skills across the EU.

What You Bring

Wed love to meet you if you have:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in Google Ads or optimization

• Strong understanding of KPIs & performance metrics

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Analytical thinking & a passion for digital marketing

• Fluency in German and good English skills

• Motivation to relocate, grow, and work in a multicultural environment
