About the Role

As a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Swedish and English
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve product- or service-related issues
• Ensure all cases are logged accurately and followed up on time
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience

Job Requirements

• Native or C2 level of Swedish
• B2 level of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
