About the Role

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join an international customer experience company in Greece.
Whether you are starting your career or already experienced in customer service, this role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with strong career development and full relocation support.

You will provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them solve issues, manage their requests, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

This position is available on-site in Athens or remote from anywhere in Greece (depending on project requirements).

What You Will Do

• Support customers in Dutch through phone, email, or chat

• Provide accurate information on products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues

• Maintain customer records with accuracy

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Dutch: C1 or Native

• English: B1/B2 for training and internal communication

• High communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work remotely from Greece or on-site in Athens

• For remote: stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
