We are hiring French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist customers across multiple channels, providing support with subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and general enquiries. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Provide clear answers and personalized solutions on every interaction

  • Support customers with subscription, billing, and technical issues

  • Work closely with your team and contribute to a positive work culture

What Were Looking For

  • Native or C2-level French

  • No previous experience required

  • Strong communication skills

  • European Citizenship or Portuguese Work Permit
  • Customer-focused and reliable

Salary & Compensation

Minimum Salary

  • €930 gross per month (base salary, paid x14)

Maximum Salary

  • Approx. €1,383 gross per month (including base salary, meal allowance, and performance bonus)

Salary Package Includes:

  • Base salary: €930/month (x14)

  • Meal allowance: €9 per working day

  • Performance bonus:

    • €100/month during the first 3 months

    • Up to €100/month thereafter, performance-based

  • Language bonus: €0
