About the Role

Were hiring English-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a fast-growing contact center in Athens. Youll deliver high-quality, phone/chat/email support to international customers during night shifts, resolving issues quickly and professionally while following clear KPIs and quality standards.

What Youll Do

Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts

Diagnose issues, provide step-by-step solutions, and escalate when necessary

Document cases accurately in the CRM and follow internal SOPs/KPIs

Own customer satisfaction with clear, empathetic communication

Collaborate with team leaders and QA for continuous improvement

What Youll Need

Fluent English (C1 or above), written and spoken

Previous customer service / contact center experience is a plus

Comfortable working night shifts (e.g., between 22:0007:00 on a rotating schedule)

Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and resilience

Work authorization in Greece (EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit)
