Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in German via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information, support, and solutions

• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures

• Maintain customer data and ensure high-quality service standards

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What Were Looking For

• German level B2, C1, or native (mandatory)

• Good English communication skills (B1/B2)

• Strong customer service mindset and empathy

• Problem-solving attitude and professional behavior

• Ability to work shifts (rotational schedule)

• EU passport or valid EU residency (for relocation package)
