Position: Full-time Customer Support
Salary: Competitive salary + Performance bonus

Relocation Support :

• ️ Flight ticket (within the EU)

• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

• Airport pickup upon arrival

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers

• Respond to queries 

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (C1)

• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and eager to help
