You'll be the friendly expert that customers rely on. Your tasks include:

• Helping customers through e-mail, chat, and phone
• Giving guidance on how to use household appliances effectively
• Handling complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset
• Identifying issues and coordinating quick solutions
• Supporting customers with refunds, exchanges, and order placement
• Making sure every customer leaves the interaction satisfied

• Fluent Danish
• Good English communication skills

• Confidence using digital tools
• Customer support or troubleshooting experience (nice to have, not required)
