About the Role
Join a global leader in corporate travel & expense management. As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will support business travelers, executive assistants, and corporate teams with travel bookings, itinerary changes, expense processes, and platform questions. Your mission is to ensure each journey is smooth, compliant, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
Provide multilingual support (phone, email, chat) to German-speaking corporate clients
Assist with flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
Manage itinerary modifications, cancellations, and travel policy compliance
Support corporate users with expense reports and platform navigation
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical cases when necessary
Log all interactions accurately in internal tools (English)
Maintain service quality, compliance standards, and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile
German B2+ or higher (C1C2 preferred)
English B2+ for internal communication
Customer-focused, calm, and professional
Experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or corporate support is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable with rotational schedules, including weekends
Tech-savvy with good problem-solving skills
