About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Whether handling inquiries, solving technical issues, or providing after-sales support, youll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries from Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when needed.

• Maintain detailed and organized customer records.

• Deliver excellent service that aligns with company quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (native or C1 level) and English (B2 or higher).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Must be based in Athens or willing to relocate to Greece.
