Your Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Understand customer needs and offer clear, effective solutions
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in all interactions
• Follow internal guidelines and support continuous service improvement

Your Profile

• Native or C2-level Portuguese (written & spoken)
• English B2+ for internal communication
• No prior experience required full training provided
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Willing to relocate to Greece, or already based in Greece
• EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
