• Support customers via phone, chat, and email

• Give advice on products: vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions

• Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements

• Offer personalized product recommendations

• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with friendly, professional support

What You Bring

• Fluent Portuguese & good English

• Passion for technology and helping others

• Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail

• Ability to stay cool under pressure and handle unexpected changes

• Bonus: previous experience in customer support or tech support
