About the Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor, youll be the voice of top global brands providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.

You will:

• Communicate clearly and empathetically in Danish and English.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

• Log and follow up on cases accurately.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

What Youll Need

• Native or C1/C2 level in Danish.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

• Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not required.
