We are hiring Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives for global companies based in Athens. This role offers remote work options within Greece, full training, and relocation support for EU candidates.

About the Role

You will assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, troubleshooting support, and high-quality service.
All necessary training and equipment are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Norwegian-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat
  Provide clear information and effective troubleshooting solutions
  Identify customer needs and escalate complex cases when needed
  Follow internal guidelines and maintain service quality standards
  Document interactions and update customer records accurately
  Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Norwegian C2 / native level
• English B2 for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident using digital tools and basic troubleshooting
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate
• EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
• Availability for rotating shifts (depending on the project)

Working Conditions

• Full-time schedule with two days off per week
• Paid training prior to start date
