About the Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Danish and English

Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support to customers

Troubleshoot and resolve product- or service-related issues

Ensure all cases are logged accurately and followed up on time

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience

Job Requirements

• Native or C1/C2 level of Danish
• English (spoken and written)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
