Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor

Location

Athens, Greece
(On-site OR Remote from anywhere in Greece depending on project and start date)

Contract Type

Full-time, 40h/week
Permanent contract

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Assist customers with product questions, orders, troubleshooting, and account issues.

  • Record interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues following internal procedures.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance KPIs.

  • Work collaboratively with team leaders and trainers to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level Italian.

  • B1/B2 English for internal communication.

  • Customer-service mindset and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit.

  • Remote option: a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if applicable).

Salary

  • Base salary and bonus.

  • 14 monthly salaries per year (standard in Greece).
