What Youll Do

Provide customer support in Portuguese via chat, phone, and email

Handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Follow internal procedures and log all interactions in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
What Were Looking For

Portuguese native or C2

English B1/B2+ for internal communication

Good communication skills and customer-first attitude
