About the Role

As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will assist business travelers, executive assistants, and corporate teams with travel bookings, itinerary changes, expense workflows, and platform-related inquiries. Your goal: ensure every business trip is seamless, compliant, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer support (phone, email, chat) to German-speaking corporate clients

Assist with flight, hotel, and transportation bookings

Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel policy compliance

Guide users through expense reporting and platform navigation

Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical cases when needed

Log all interactions accurately in English in internal systems

Maintain service quality, compliance standards, and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile

German B2+ (C1C2 preferred)

English B2+ for internal communication

Customer-oriented, calm, and professional in all situations

Experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or corporate support is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Comfortable working rotating schedules, including weekends
