About the Role

We are hiring a Portuguese (Brazil) speaking Content Reviewer / CM Expert to join an international team in Dublin. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure platform safety, compliance, and quality standards.

This role is suited for professionals with prior content moderation experience who are comfortable working with sensitive material in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content according to internal policies

• Identify and handle sensitive or non-compliant content

• Apply safety and quality guidelines consistently

• Make accurate and timely moderation decisions

• Document actions in internal systems

• Collaborate with quality and support teams

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (Brazil)

• English B2 level minimum

• Minimum 6 months of content moderation experience

• Ability to work with sensitive content

• Emotional resilience and strong confidentiality awareness

• Local candidate in Dublin with valid work permission or EU citizenship

• Availability to work fully on-site
