Role Overview
We are hiring Dutch and English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to support an international customer base. The role starts on-site in Athens, with the possibility to transition to remote work after the initial period, based on performance and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Dutch and English via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

  • Accurately document customer interactions

  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets

  • Deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience

Training & Work Model

  • Training and nesting period on-site for candidates based in Attica

  • After 90 days, possibility to work from home depending on metrics and performance

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch (C1 or higher)

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Customer service or call centre experience preferred

  • Comfortable working rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00, including weekends

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Reliable internet connection for remote work eligibility
