We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support business clients using cloud-based solutions. This is a fully on-site position in Athens, offering professional training, stable growth, and a dynamic international workplace.

About the Role

You will assist B2B customers with cloud platform navigation, product features, account-related topics, and service usage. The role includes managing technical inquiries, supporting pre-sales processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer excellence.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, or IT customer support is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support B2B clients via phone, email, and chat in English
  • Assist customers with cloud service usage, navigation, and product understanding
  • Identify opportunities and route qualified leads to internal teams
  • Handle billing, subscription, and account-access topics
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM tools
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B cloud services, SaaS, IaaS, or IT customer support
  • Solid understanding of cloud environments and digital tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday)
  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
  • Availability to work on-site in Athens
