Sr. Order-to-Cash Specialist German Speaker

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Order-to-Cash Specialist to join a medical devices project supporting diabetes-related products. The role focuses on managing end-to-end OTC processes, ensuring smooth order management, accurate documentation, and high-quality customer support within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full order-to-cash cycle, including order entry, validation, invoicing, and documentation.

• Communicate with German-speaking partners, distributors, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with medical device handling procedures and internal guidelines.

• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and billing queries.

• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the OTC team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and service performance.

• Work effectively in a 24/7 shift environment.

Requirements

• German C1/C2 proficiency (mandatory).

• English B2 level for internal communication.

• Previous experience in Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Finance, or Customer Service.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts.

• Ability to work on-site in Porto.

Working Conditions

• On-site role in Porto.

• 24/7 rotational schedule with two days off per week.

• Permanent contract with health insurance from day 1.

Compensation

• Base salary: 1,500

• Language bonus: 300
