As a Business Developer Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many businesses building rapport quickly, understanding their needs, and qualifying high-value opportunities for the sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Generate Sales Qualified Opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Manage a portfolio of German-speaking accounts and identify high-potential prospects
  • Engage decision-makers, build enthusiasm, and match business needs with suitable digital and cloud solutions
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold calling
  • Keep customer data updated in Salesforce
  • Work toward individual and team goals related to productivity, conversions, and pipeline development

What You Bring

  • Native-level German + fluent English

  • European Citizenship or European Work Permit
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Some B2B outbound sales or business development experience, ideally within tech/IT
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable with quotas in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Good general IT skills; CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • 1+ year of IT outbound prospecting experience
  • Strong cold-calling and account management capabilities
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers
  • Knowledge of the DACH market
