Italian & English Speaking Reservations Agent

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers over the phone, converting enquiries into sales, and delivering excellent service.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries related to all company services

• Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations and sales

• Achieve individual and team KPIs (sales, call handling, and quality)

• Track and manage reservations, providing timely customer support

• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Share customer feedback with Team Leaders to improve service quality

• Support other markets by handling cross-market calls when required

• Work collaboratively within a motivated and supportive team

What Were Looking For

• European Citizenship or Malta Work Permit

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (C1)

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

• Typing speed of 25 WPM or above

• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset

Contract & Working Hours

• Contract: Indefinite

• Working hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Sunday between 8:00–19:00

• Days off: 2 days per week

Salary & Rewards

• €5.60/hour – 1st month (training & practice)

• €8.10/hour – from 2nd month

• €8.50/hour – after probation

• Up to €9.20/hour – after 18 months (performance-based)

Additional benefits:
