Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting patients and healthcare professionals while contributing to life-changing medical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our customer support team, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service in Italian (C2), with additional support in English (B2) when required.

  • Handle inquiries, incidents, and product-related questions via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.

  • Offer guidance on device usage and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.

Work Schedule

  • Rotative shifts Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

  • 2 weekly days off (rotative; schedule provided 1 month in advance)

  • Night shift premium: minimum +25% hourly rate (in accordance with Portuguese labor law)

Compensation & Benefits

We appreciate your dedication and offer an attractive benefits package:

  • Base Salary: 1,000 gross/month (14 payments per year)

  • Attendance Bonus: 300 gross/month (11 months)

  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day

Relocation Package:

  • Flight reimbursement up to 400 (after 6 months)

  • Accommodation in a company-arranged apartment (private room) for 280/month for 12 months

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (C2) mandatory

  • Advanced English (B2) for training and internal communication

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work in rotative shifts

  • Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment

  • Previous customer service or healthcare experience is a plus, but not requiredfull training is provided!
