About the Role

Join an international e-commerce support project where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will manage customer interactions across phone, email, and chat while supporting online orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and payment-related cases.

This is a fully remote role based in Portugal with relocation support available for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Handle delivery tracking, returns, refunds, and payment-related queries
• Review and process order-related requests and data
• Collaborate with couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
• Resolve complex customer cases and escalate when needed
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality improvements

Requirements

• Native or C2 Dutch
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
• KPI-driven and proactive mindset
• Team player with strong collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Previous customer support experience
• E-commerce or back-office experience
• SAP knowledge is a plus

Training & Onboarding

• Fully paid training
• Training duration: 15–20 working days
• Monday–Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
• Training conducted in English
• Hands-on learning environment

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
• Operating hours between 07:00 – 00:00
• Flexibility required based on business needs
