Role Overview

We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Account Managers to join a dynamic inbound sales team. In this role, you will handle incoming client interactions, support customers, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish + good English
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (specifically involving calling clients)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • EU nationality

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekend shifts
  • 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary:competitive
  • Performance Bonus: Uncapped, paid quarterly
  • 14 Salaries: (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between summer & Christmas)
