📍 Position: Technical Customer Service (Search Engine / Technical Support)
📍 Location: Lisbon (On-site)
🗣 Languages required: Danish + English

🕒 Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
• 2 rotational days off

• Provide technical support for a global search engine platform
• Assist users with inquiries and troubleshooting
• Deliver high-quality customer service

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary x 14 months: competitive
• Performance bonus: 135€ x12 months
• Complexity bonus: 120€ x11 months
