Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: attractive (paid over 14 months)

  • Performance bonus (paid over 11 months)

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to clearly and professionally explain complex features or event details

  • Proven ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously across:

    • Phone

    • Chat

    • Email

    • Social media

  • Strong passion for motorcycles and iconic motorcycle brands

    • Active riders and motorcycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing tools, or chat platforms is a plus
