Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Braga! If you're passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and want to be part of a dynamic, international environmentthis opportunity is for you.

You will provide first-class support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in French

• Deliver timely and accurate responses, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Resolve issues related to accounts, orders, services, or products

• Collaborate with other departments to solve complex queries

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Follow established procedures and comply with company policies

Requirements

• Native or Fluent in French 

• Good command of English B2 level

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
