Job Title: Croatian AI Prompt Evaluator 
Location: Essen, Germany (On-site)

About the Role:
As an AI Prompt Evaluator fluent in Croatian, you will play a key role in supporting the development of cutting-edge AI technologies. Based on-site in Essen, you will be responsible for researching, creating, and refining AI prompts and conversations to enhance user interaction quality and ensure factual accuracy and creative voice alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, create, and edit short-form written prompts, ensuring factual accuracy and adherence to established style guidelines for tone, voice, and creativity.

• Develop and refine conversational flows to facilitate smooth, logical, and engaging interactions that guide users effectively.

• Collaborate on improving our speech system by working with dialogues across diverse topics, including sensitive or controversial subjects.

• Analyze and evaluate short-form content for factual correctness and consistency with style requirements.

• Generate, review, and assess suggested prompts and responses to improve overall AI interaction quality.

• Ensure all content aligns with the intended tone and resonates with the target audience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken).

• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail and factual accuracy.

• Experience or interest in conversational AI, dialogue systems, or natural language processing is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.

• Willingness to work on-site in Essen, Germany.
