Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, permanent after
️ Relocation support included (accommodation + flight reimbursement)
Start Date: 11th September 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:0017:00 (rotating shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off

We are looking for native Italian-speaking professionals for a Customer Support role in the tech/digital sector. Youll be part of an international team, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in Italian

  • Provide clear and accurate information about products/services

  • Resolve inquiries at first contact whenever possible

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow internal guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

  • Native-level Italian + good English (minimum B2)

  • EU passport or valid permit to work in Portugal

  • Customer service experience is a plus

  • Availability to work rotating shifts
