About the job Italian Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, permanent after
️ Relocation support included (accommodation + flight reimbursement)
Start Date: 11th September 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:0017:00 (rotating shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off
We are looking for native Italian-speaking professionals for a Customer Support role in the tech/digital sector. Youll be part of an international team, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:

Assist customers in Italian

Provide clear and accurate information about products/services

Resolve inquiries at first contact whenever possible

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow internal guidelines and company policies
Requirements:

Native-level Italian + good English (minimum B2)

EU passport or valid permit to work in Portugal

Customer service experience is a plus
-
Availability to work rotating shifts
