The Service Advisor (SA) provides customer support for client inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and product information. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across multiple channels.

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other channels
  • Assist with:
    • Order status and delivery updates
    • Payment and transaction queries
    • Product information and pre-orders
  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions based on KPIs and satisfaction metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
    • Smartphones, tablets, PCs, and laptops
  • Use analytical thinking to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently

Service Excellence

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
  • Adapt communication style to different customers
  • Maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Meet quality standards (call audits, surveys, KPIs)

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent

Language Skills

  • Mandarin + Cantonese (mandatory)
  • English at least B2 level

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months in customer support (any industry)
  • Fresh graduates welcome (especially communication-related fields)
