We are hiring Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish-speaking candidates for Customer Service roles in Lisbon.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Start dates: 27/04/2026, 08/05/2026, 18/05/2026, or 29/05/2026

Your Role

  • Provide outstanding support to users via phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and subscription management
  • Troubleshoot streaming, app, and technical problems
  • Guide users on payment queries and service changes (pause, cancel, renewals)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
  • Report trends and customer feedback to help improve the service

Your Qualifications

  • Speak Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish fluently (C2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
  • Have strong communication and active listening skills
  • Are customer-oriented and empathetic
  • Are adaptable and can work well under pressure
  • Have experience in customer service (preferred, not required)
  • Are flexible with rotating shifts and weekend work
