Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote)
Start Date: 4th September 2025
Schedule: Monday to Sunday 24/7 (rotative shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support one of the worlds leading automotive brands. If you're passionate about customer experience, tech-savvy, and looking to join a dynamic and international team this role is for you!

As a key part of our customer support team, you will provide top-quality assistance via phone, email, or chat to German-speaking customers, handling a wide range of inquiries related to the brand.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information about services, vehicles, and processes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

  • Maintain customer records and ensure high-quality interactions

  • Follow internal procedures and escalate complex cases when needed

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German (C2 level)

  • Good English skills (B2 level)

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus

  • Comfortable with 24/7 shift rotations

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
