Schedule: Monday to Sunday 24/7 (rotative shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotative days per week

About the Role
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support one of the worlds leading automotive brands. If you're passionate about customer experience, tech-savvy, and looking to join a dynamic and international team this role is for you!
As a key part of our customer support team, you will provide top-quality assistance via phone, email, or chat to German-speaking customers, handling a wide range of inquiries related to the brand.
Your Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information about services, vehicles, and processes

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

Maintain customer records and ensure high-quality interactions

Follow internal procedures and escalate complex cases when needed
Requirements:

Native or fluent in German (C2 level)

Good English skills (B2 level)

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Comfortable with 24/7 shift rotations

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
