About the Role

Join an international technology-driven sales project in Sofia, working with a leading digital solutions environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline through qualified leads. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance and communication skills are key to success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve individual and/or team sales targets
• Work with CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
• Adapt to new technologies and data-driven sales tools

Requirements

• German: C1–C2 (fluent/native)
• English: B2 minimum
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 18:00

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 19,634 – 22,344 EUR gross/year
• Approx. monthly salary: ~2,914 EUR gross/month

Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 days support)

• Travel reimbursement up to 250 EUR (after 6 months, with documentation)
• 10 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included) upon arrival
• Salary advance: 1,056 BGN (~540 EUR)
  • Repaid in 3 monthly installments of 352 BGN (~180 EUR)
• Full onboarding and HR support during relocation process
