About the Role

Join an international customer service project supporting a well-established global e-commerce platform specialized in refurbished electronic devices.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, helping customers across Europe with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth, reliable and high-quality shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and product-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure service quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1–C2)
• Good English level (B2 minimum)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must already be living in Braga (mandatory)
• Valid work authorization for Portugal required (no visa or sponsorship provided)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
• 2 days off per week communicated in advance

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,010 (paid over 14 months)
• Complexity bonus: €140 (paid over 11 months)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Braga allowance: €20 per year
• Private health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)
• Free health insurance after 6 months of contract
