Job Brief

As a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Sales Executive, you will help businesses in the Dutch market grow through tailored digital advertising solutions. You will combine consultative sales, client relationship management, and Google Ads expertise to acquire new customers, optimize their advertising strategy, increase campaign investment, and build long-term partnerships.

We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven professional who enjoys working with clients, achieving ambitious sales targets, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Engage and onboard new Dutch-speaking clients, understand their business goals, and recommend effective Google Ads solutions.
  • Sales & Growth: Generate revenue through outbound sales, upselling, and identifying opportunities to increase advertising investment.
  • Google Ads Advisory: Support clients with strategic PPC recommendations focused on performance and sustainable growth.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple clients and prospects while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships and proactively address client needs and concerns.
  • Performance: Consistently achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about the Dutch digital advertising landscape, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Dutch C2/native level and strong English, both written and spoken.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, ideally in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to discuss campaign performance and ROI confidently.
  • Good understanding of the Dutch market, business culture, and digital marketing landscape.
  • Experience using CRM and AI tools to improve sales and outreach processes.
  • Awareness of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
  • Proactive, resilient, analytical, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
