About the Position
We are looking for a Czech & English-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service team in Greece.
You will provide professional customer support in Czech and English, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Czech
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday–Sunday
- Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens at least 7 days before the starting date to complete hiring documentation
Relocation Package
For candidates relocating to Greece:
- 3 weeks of hotel accommodation close to the office
- Up to €300 relocation support for candidates moving from abroad
- Assistance with hiring and legal documentation
- Accommodation during training may be available for candidates living outside Athens
Important Work-from-Home Information
Candidates relocating from abroad are generally required to work on-site for the first 3 months. An exception may apply to candidates who already have accommodation in Greece and a confirmed stable internet connection.
After the required on-site/training period, eligible employees may transition to remote work from within Greece.
Candidates already based in Greece may be assessed individually regarding work-from-home possibilities.

What We Offer
- Permanent employment contract.

- Gross salary: €1,200/month.
