Responsibilities

* Provide professional customer support in German and English
* Assist customers with logistics and delivery-related inquiries
* Investigate issues concerning missing, delayed, or undelivered shipments
* Provide clear information and appropriate solutions
* Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

* German: fluent/C2 level
* English: good working level
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable working with customer inquiries and problem-solving
* Eligible to work in Bulgaria

Working Conditions

* Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
* Work model: Remote
* Training: On-site
* Training duration: 3 weeks
* Working schedule: Monday–Saturday, between 08:00–21:00
* Salary: €1,535 gross/month
