Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 18,984 + up to 4,000 in bonus gross/ year + private medical insurance

What You Will Do
- Identify key customer information such as decision makers, competitors, and organizational structures
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email, social media, and other channels
- Establish contact with the right client profiles and build strong relationships
- Use discovery techniques (SPIN) to uncover client challenges and align solutions
- Qualify leads based on fit, urgency, and budget
- Handle objections, highlight product value propositions, and demonstrate use cases
- Keep the sales/customer database up to date
- Nurture leads until they are ready to be transferred to an Account Manager
- Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting quotas
What You Bring
- Native-level French + strong English (B2)
- Preferably experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Resilience and comfort handling rejection
- Independent and proactive working style
- Assertiveness, determination, and ability to work under pressure
- Solid computer skills and ability to work with CRMs/databases
