As a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representative, you'll deliver top-tier service to customers while identifying opportunities to drive sales and build long-term client relationships. What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Log interactions in the CRM system and follow up until resolution, ensuring top customer satisfaction.

  • Support order management, process requests, and proactively share updates with customers.

  • Identify upselling opportunities and meet quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service standards.

You're the perfect fit if you:

  • Speak German (native level) and English (B2).

  • Have experience in customer support or contact center roles (mandatory).

  • Bring a sales-driven mindset and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions.
