About the job German-speaking Customer Service Specialist

As a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representative, you'll deliver top-tier service to customers while identifying opportunities to drive sales and build long-term client relationships. What you'll do:

Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions.

Log interactions in the CRM system and follow up until resolution, ensuring top customer satisfaction.

Support order management, process requests, and proactively share updates with customers.

Identify upselling opportunities and meet quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service standards.
You're the perfect fit if you:

Speak German (native level) and English (B2).

Have experience in customer support or contact center roles (mandatory).
