Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, and chat, logging all interactions in the CRM

Provide timely responses and resolutions within service level agreements

Maintain high customer satisfaction by actively updating customers on progress

Support sales goals by identifying upsell opportunities while delivering excellent service

Log and follow up on orders or requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Your Profile

Native German speaker with English B2 proficiency

Previous experience in customer support or contact centers is mandatory

Experience in sales is a plus

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
