  • Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system, following up on open cases until resolution.

  • Provide accurate updates and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

  • Identify sales opportunities, achieve quarterly goals, and contribute to overall team performance.

  • Capture all required data in compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

  • Speak German (native level) and English (B2).

  • Have experience in customer support or contact center environments (mandatory).
