What youll do:

Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system, following up on open cases until resolution.

Provide accurate updates and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Identify sales opportunities, achieve quarterly goals, and contribute to overall team performance.

Capture all required data in compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

Speak German (native level) and English (B2).

Have experience in customer support or contact center environments (mandatory).
