Your Role
As a Video Content Analyst (Customer Support), you will:
- Handle incoming calls
- Provide support on subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting
- Offer personalized solutions with professionalism and empathy
Your Profile
- Native or C2-level French speaker
- No previous experience required full training provided
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic environments
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00
