We are looking for a Dutch native speaker with strong English (B2) to join our international team as a Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in Portugal while helping customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)

• Rotational shifts between 07:30 AM 08:00 PM , no weekend work

Your Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls as well as emails with professionalism and empathy

• Support customers with policy change requests, payment updates, claims, and cancellations

• Provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience

• Maintain a friendly, calm, and solution-oriented approach under pressure

Your Profile

• Native Dutch speaker with English B2

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Ability to stay calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in customer service, claims handling, or call center support is a plus
