About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in German to join an international team focused on delivering high-value digital marketing solutions. You will implement optimisation strategies across advertising platforms, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to maximise campaign performance for key clients.

Your Role

Implement optimisation strategies for high-value customers

Manage social media advertising campaigns, primarily via Google Ads

Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget suggestions

Develop expertise across Google products including Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube
-
Analyse campaign data and trends to generate actionable insights

Report on key performance indicators and overall campaign performance

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client results and satisfaction
Your Profile

Fluent in German and proficient in English

Minimum 12 months of experience in digital marketing optimisation (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms preferred)

Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign metrics

Detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
