German Content Moderator in Porto

Project: Bytedance GS&S - Social Media

Starting date: September 18th, October 9th or October 30th

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (ON-SITE)

What you’ll do

• Review and moderate content to meet platform standards.
• Enforce policies while handling sensitive material.
• Ensure accurate, consistent decisions in diverse cases.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Schedule

- 24/7 Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)

- Days off - 2 rotative days

What we’re looking for

• Fluent German (B2/C1) + good English (B1+).
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and sensitive content.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Fast learner with attention to detail.
